Supreme Court CBI Plea Hearing: गिरफ्तार नहीं होंगे राजीव कुमार
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज सीबीआई की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए कहा कि कोलकाता पुलिस कमिशनर राजीव कुमार को मेघालय के शिलांग में अज्ञात जगह पर सीबीआई के सामने पेश होना होगा. इस मामले में अगली सुनवाई 20 फरवरी को की जाएगी. कहा गया है कि राजीव कुमार गिरफ्तार नहीं किए जाएंगे. सीबीआई के सामने पेश होने के बाद उन्हें 28 फरवरी को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में पेश होने के आदेश दिए गए हैं.

CBI vs Kolkata Police: The Supreme Court today after hearing the CBI's plea against Kolkata Police directed the top cop Rajeev Kumar to join the probe. After the court's order, TMC chief Mamata Banerjee called it a moral victory. She also ordered police to cooperate with CBI investigation.
