Akalis-BJP fight each other in Haryana
In a veiled attack on BJP, NDA constituent Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) on Sunday alleged that CBI was “misused” for political benefit to stop INLD chief Om Prakash Chautala from campaigning in Haryana polls.
The party which in a tie up with INLD is fighting against its NDA partner in Haryana, claimed that the INLD-SAD combine will sweep the state polls.
“Chautala was deprived of his fundamental right which would ultimately benefit the INLD and it will get absolute majority in the elections,” SAD general secretary, Prem Singh Chandumajara, told reporters here adding, “CBI was used for political benefit by previous government also.”
