On Wednesday evening, activists of All India Students Council (ABVP) and Left Students' Organizations clashed with Albert Ekka Chowk. Left activists arrived at Albert Ekka Square on Wednesday to burn effigies. These student organizations were opposed to the assault in the Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union elections. On the other hand, the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad activists came to Albert Ekka Chowk around 5 pm to celebrate the success of their organization in the Delhi University Students Union election. Both the student organizations were face-to-face and after this the sloganeering started. Seeing the case got heated and the sloganeering turned into a riot. Workers of both student organizations confront each other.
