Pakistan violates ceasefire in Mendhar sector of J&K

In yet another incident of ceasefire violation, Pakistan Rangers fired at Indian posts in Jammu Kashmir's Mendhar district late Wednesday night at around 12:30 am.
The Indian jawans retaliated to the Pakistan provoked firing will full vigour. Both the sides exchanged fire till 2:00 am.
Fortunately, no Indian soldier was injured in the gunfire.
Earlier, Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire twice on Wednesday by opening heavy fire on several Indian posts along the Line of Control and the International Border in J&K, leaving an Army jawan injured.
