Another Youth from North-East attacked in Delhi

A 21-year-old youth from Northeast was shot at by two masked men on a bike on Friday morning. The victim, Ricky Saharani, is alive but critical and admitted to Max hospital in Saket.
The sequence of events is not clear but witnesses say the bikers waylaid Ricky near Barapullah flyover around 8am and the man riding pillion whipped out a pistol and shot twice. The first bullet missed Ricky as he ducked to save himself but the second hit him in the thigh.
