Special court rejects CBI's clean chit to Raja Bhaiyya

A special CBI court on Tuesday rejected the agency's closure report giving a clean chit to the controversial minister Raja Bhaiya in Kunda Deputy Superintendent of Police Zia-ul-Haq's murder case.
The court has directed the CBI to investigate the matter further.
The order was passed by Special Judicial Magistrate (CBI) Shraddha Kumari on an application filed by Parveen Azad, wife of the slain Deputy SP.
