Rahul Gandhi addresses rally in Bihar's Kishanganj

The Congress leader will address a rally in Kishanganj, Bihar today. the Gandhi scion will then head to Uttar Pradesh where he will address two rallies - one in Unnao and the other in Banda - in the second half of the day. Rahul Gandhi had yesterday attacked BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, saying his much-publicised Gujarat model of development was a toffee model as it benefited only one industrialist.
