There's a curious little political theatre out in Uttar Pradesh. Narendra Modi's right hand man and his most influential general has been booked for delivering a poisionous hate speech but the prompt manner in which the UP government locked up Imran Masood the congress candidate who vohed to chop Modi into pieces. So Why the Reticense?
The Answer might lie in the tell tale remark of Congress spokesperson Rashid Alvi who called for Shah's arrest but not till the Elections were over. Insiders in teh Congress and SP beieve arresting Shah will turn him into a martyr further polarising the voter to the benefit of the BJP.
