BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi addressed a rally today in Shivpuri. Modi began the speech by thanking the people of Shivpuri for their hospitality.
Taking a dig at Jyotiraditya Scindia, Modi said that he had never seen so much of arrogance in someone. "They are very arrogant. For the current Congress candidate from here the lesser ones talks the better. Arrogance doesn't work in democracy. India needs a sevak in its democracy," Modi said .
