Kejriwal set off for the Bharatiya Janata Party prime ministerial candidate's house to challenge his claims on development in Gujarat, minutes after declaring his intent at a press meet. His convoy was stopped near Sargasan village.
The police did not immediately give any official reason why the AAP convoy was stopped, but reports said the police did so because they did not have an appointment to meet Modi.
