BCCI Chief N Srinivasan refuses to comment on Gurunath Meiyappan

BCCI chief N Srinivasan on Friday evaded a direct reply Media Corp's sting operation on IPL betting and fixing scandal but assured that appropriate steps will be taken to protect the sport.
When quizzed by the reporters, Srinivasan merely came with the platitude that the case is still sub-judice.
"The matter is sub-judice and as far as sport is concerned, BCCI will take every action to protect the sport," Srinivasan said.
IPL chief Ranjib Biswal too refused to comment on the matter.

When quizzed by the reporters, Srinivasan merely came with the platitude that the case is still sub-judice.
