Reacting to BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's 'Chai pe charcha' campaign, RJD president Lalu Prasad has said Modi has sold blood of people, not tea. "Narendra Modi ne chai nahi, khoon becha hai (Modi has sold blood, not tea)," Prasad tweeted in Hindi on Wednesday.

Talking to reporters earlier in the day, Prasad launched a frontal attack on Modi and called him 'khoon ka saudagar' (merchant of blood). "Narendra Modi khoon ka saudagar hai; kabhi kuchh bolta hai, kabhi kuchh (Modi is a merchant of blood. He tells different things at different times)," he said.
