The Delhi Commission for Women has warned Law Minister Somnath Bharti to appear before it by Friday or an FIR may be registered against him. This even as Bharti continues to maintain that he hasn't received any summons from the DCW.
The DCW claims that the second summons was delivered in the afternoon on Wednesday at Bharti's residence through an SHO. It says that it will now wait till Friday 3 pm for Bharti to appear before the commission and will then approach the Lieutenant Governor and Delhi Police Commissioner in case he doesn't turn up.
