Continuing to maintain a strong stand against diplomat Devyani Khobragade's arrest, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath said that the US must apologise and accept its fault. This came as US Secretary of State John Kerry expressed 'regret' over the treatment meted out to Devyani, but fell short of apologising for it.
