Mumbai court orders fresh trial in Salman Khan hit-and-run case - NewsX

A Mumbai court on Thursday ordered fresh trial in the Salman Khan hit-and-run case. Sessions court judge DW Deshpande has ordered that all evidence and witnesses be re-examined. The hearing in the case will begin from December 24. In his order, Deshpande said all the witnesses would be examined and cross-examined again during the trial which would be put on fast-track mode.
