Two boys beaten brutually in Muzaffarnagar, UP

Two boys beaten brutually by Bajrang Dal members in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Those two boys comes to meet their friend. They become friend with a girl in facebook and goes to her colony to meet her. Police arrested those 2 victims and charges them under section 151 of Indian Penal Code Act (IPC).
