Two days ago, Pakistan's top diplomats met with their proxies right here in Delhi under the noses of the Indian Government.
The meeting was criticised because many felt that Delhi had blundered by allowing the seperatists to strategise with Pakistani Diplomats at a time when Islamabad had attacked India relentlessly along the LoC.
