Ex-Congress MLA and his 3 other family members have been arrested after his daughter-law Rekha was found dead hanging from a ceiling fan.
Though MLA's family alleges she has committed suicide Rekha's family suspects their daughter was killed for dowry as she was being harassed by her in-laws over dowry demands.
