Jharkhand high court on Wednesday reserved its order on the bail petition moved by RJD supremo and ex-Bihar chief minister Lalu Prasad, who is serving a five-year sentence after being convicted in a fodder scam case.

After conclusion of the hearing by the CBI counsel against Lalu's bail plea, the bench of justice RR Prasad reserved the order for Thursday. The court had on October 25 granted provisional bail to another former Bihar chief minister Jagannath Mishra.
