In Karnal, a sub-inspector in an inebriated state tries to shoot at a Doctor in the Kalpana Medical College Hosp. This incident took place at the Trauma Centre around 3 am today and was caught on CCTV cameras.

A Sub-Inspector, named Kashmira Singh wanted the doctor to prepare a Fake medical report to implicate someone.
