NewsX: Food Security Scheme in confusion, shop owners clueless

Though even before the passage of the bill, the Food Security Scheme was launched last week in several states.

Although nothing much has happened as far as actual implementation is concerned. Presently, the shop owners and beneficiaries are wrecked with confusion and prices haven't changed.
