NewsX: A few hours after a villager opposing the sand mafia was shot dead in Raipur village of Noida on Wednesday, a group of villagers in Greater Noida took on the goons when they sneaked into their land.
In a rare show of courage and solidarity, which indicates that suspended IAS officer Durga Sakthi Nagpal was fighting for a popular cause, these villagers fought a pitched battle with 20 goons who even fired at them.
