News X: Decision on Telangana has given BJP an opportunity to slam Congress. Creation of Telangana has led to BJP's Chairman of the Campaign Committee and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi to pull up Congress over its sudden volte face.

In an open letter on social micro-blogging site twitter Modi blasted Congress on its delay over creation of Telangana state while backing his own party to be the only party with the strongest record on the creation of small states.
