News X: Telangana to be a State soon?

News X: The final decision on telangana is likely to be made public tomorrow. This as the UPA pre-pones it coordination committee meet which was to be held on Wednesday. The UPA Coordination Committee and the Congress Working Group will meet tomorrow evening separately to take final call. Remember, Andhra Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy has already expressed his inability to preside over bifurcation of the state and offered to quit.
