News X: Narendra Modi's tainted minister is back in office. Gujarat's Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Babubhai Bokhiria resumed office yesterday almost a month after he was convicted by Porbandar lower court in illegal mining case.
Bokharia has got stay from Porbandar District Court against the lower court's conviction order. The lower court has sentenced three years jail to the minister in rupees 54 crores illegal mining case.
