Retired army man arrested along with a teacher in Jammu and Kashmir for spying on ISI's behalf

J&K Police have arrested Munawwar Ahmad Mir, who is saying that he use to disclose information to Kafiyatullah related to Army. One teacher has also been arrested from Rajouri in Jammu & Kashmir.
