Uttarakhand: Rain fury continues

News X: Relief and rescue operations in flood-hit areas of Uttarakhand are affected due to heavy rain. According to television reports, choppers are unable to take off due to bad weather; and many of those who were rescued by the army earlier, are unable to leave the state as landslides have blocked highways.
