NewsX: As if the already worsened situation was not enough, to add to it the latest is that the Choppers meant to rescue the flood-hit people of Himachal Pradesh remain stranded as they were out of fuel.This is seen as a height of carelessness from the Disaster Management authority, as the fuel was out at a time when over 75,000 people are caught in one of the worst floods the Indian state has ever witnessed.
