Delhi Govt prepares for Rescue operation

NewsX: Delhi govt has alerted the army for any eventuality, over more than 400 tents have been set up for flood affected people, 62 boats are already pressed in rescue service..and a disaster control room has been set up by Delhi disaster management authority.
