Is Mohan Prakash responsible for BJP-JD(U) rift?

NewsX: The entire drama was orchestrated by Congress leader Mohan Prakash. He is supposedly close to Nitish Kumar and is behind this rift.
Mohan Kumar who is a permanent invitee in the Congress Working Committee and in charge of Congress party affairs in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Jammu and Kashmir, was once with the JD(U).
He was its General Secretary and spokesperson in the late 90's. He left JD(u) in 2002 after it aligned with the BJP. However, He is said to never miss an opportunity to speak with hate against Narendra Modi for 2002 riots.
