New Delhi: Police on Saturday arrested the second person, accused of stabbing a 19-year-old girl in central Delhi's Anand Prabat area.
Jai Prakash and his brother Ajay stabbed Meenakshi, a class 11 student on Thursday after she protested against their verbal abuse. The duo also stabbed Meenakshi's mother when she came to her daughter's rescue.
