3 MCD officials arrested by Delhi ACB for allowing illegal construction

The Anti-Corruption Bureau of Delhi has arrested one assistant engineer, one junior engineer and one worker of north MCD. These men have been arrested on charges of taking any action against the illegal construction on Janta Flats in Sector-15 and 16 Rohini. Sources in the Delhi government have confirmed that the arrested members of MCD (north) had allowed the construction of second and third floor whereas only the construction of ground and first floor are allowed by the authority and are termed legal.
