Masoom rape case: 4 day judicial custody for Pradeep, Manoj

The second suspected in the brutal rape of the five-year-old 'Masoom' was produced in a Delhi Court on Tuesday. Police has sent both the accused, Manoj and Pradeep to 4 days of police remand. Nineteen-year-old Pradeep Kumar, who was tracked down to his maternal uncle's place at Lakhi-sarai in Bihar on Monday was brought to Delhi. Pradeep had been working as a construction labourer in Delhi for the past four year. Delhi police on taking him on custody would interrogate him to ascertain the sequence of events leading up to the horrendous rape. The main accused Manoj Kumar was earlier arrested from his in-laws place at Muzzaffarpur in Bihar.
