SC rejects Zaibunnisa's review plea

SC dimisses plea of Zaibunnisa and other two convicts for extension of time to surrender to undergo jail term in 1993 Mumbai blasts case. SC further said, Extension of time to surrender can't be given on the ground clemency plea is pending before the President.
