The ongoing tug of war between the Congress-led UPA Government at the Centre and non-Congress-ruled States is casting a shadow at the Chief Ministers' meet called by Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde today. Only 8 Chief Ministers will be attending the internal security meet presided by Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde at Vigyan Bhawan today.
