No violence by TMC workers in Bengal: Mamata Banerjee

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banarjee has upped her ante over her heckling by Left activists outside the Planning Commission's office on Tuesday. Setting aside the regret expressed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, she said that Delhi was unsafe and that she had to cancel her appointment with the Finance Minister as her blood pressure had dipped and was put on artificial respiration. She claimed that the security personnel instead of ensuring her safety had stopped her from entering the planning commission.
