Bids Soar for PM Modi's 'Name-Striped' Suit in Gujarat Auction

A businessman has bid Rs. 1 crore for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's "name-striped" suit, which is being auctioned today in Gujarat's Surat.
The suit, worn by the prime minister just once, went on sale along with more than 450 other gifts he has received. The first bid for Rs. 51 lakh was put in by Rajubhai Agarwal, a BJP leader. Suresh Agrawal, a textile businessman, has doubled that offer.
