2G scam: Can't make an exception for Raja, says Chacko

The Committee Chairman P C Chacko is of the opinion that calling Raja to testify before the panel would lengthen the process. The sources also said the 2G scam is not just about 122 licences awarded during Raja's regime but goes back to the NDA regime. Though Raja was not given a chance to come before the Committee, he has written a note to the panel explaining his stand. But Raja's views might be incorporated in the report likely to be submitted.
