NewsX exclusive Liyaqat Ali is not a terrorist, claims wife

NewsX has managed to track down the wife of Liyaqat Ali, a suspected Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist, in Jammu and Kashmir. She says they had applied formally under the J&K return and amnesty plan last year. Liyaqat's wife says that her husband was planning to return home last Sunday from Gorakhpur from where he was detained. She also claims her husband is not a terrorist.
