No end to the tug- of-war between the Delhi police and Jammu and Kashmir Government over the arrest of Liaqat Shah. While MHA transfers probe into liyaqat arrest case to NIA, Delhi police stands by its claim that the Hizbul Militant returned to unleash violence in the capital around Holi. On the other hand, Jammu and Kashmir authorities insist that Liaqat Shah was returning under a rehabilitation scheme for reformed militants. However, no answers yet on why they failed to inform the Delhi police on Liaqat's return.
