India's bureaucracy is the most dangerous animal Jairam

Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh has courted another controversy. This time, he took off on the bureaucracy calling it the most dangerous animal in the world. Jairam made the remark to laud Ranchi's Kashyap Memorial Eye Hospital for treating around 1000 patients inside Jharkhand's Saranda forest, considered a stronghold of Maoist guerrillas, in January, without Government's support.
