BJP's National Executive Meet enters 2nd day today

Narendra Modi is the winning flavor on day 2 of BJP's National Executive meet, party president Rajnath Singh heaped praises on the Gujarat chief minister today. Rajnath Singh's high praise for Narendra Modi coming in wake of Modi's prime ministerial ambitions has set the tone for the BJP national executive. Despite some NDA allies seeing Modi as a polarising figure, it seems that many in the BJP feel that its time to back him. Rajnath also hit out at the UPA for its poor economic policies and that the BJP was the lone alternative in the Lok Sabha polls. But Modi remains the centre of attraction with sources saying that he may well be made Chairman of the election committee.
