Siblings murder case: Neighbours' hand in kidnapping, claims Police

Three men have been arrested for the mysterious murder of two children in East Delhi's Mandawali district. The East Delhi police claimed they came close to cracking the case. But unfortunately, the children were killed before they could be rescued.
