Hyderabad blasts: Govt pushes for NCTC again

The UPA govt is likely to push for the agency and bring opposing states on board. The Centre is ready to incorporate changes in the agency's proposed structure and functions. With the political class unanimous on strict action against terrorism, the govt thinks it is just the right time to push for the agency.
