SC notice to all states on vandalism

Supreme Court sends notice to all the states on a petition asking for implementation of SC guidelines of 2009 which said, Prevention of damage to public property act should be amended, Leaders of such dharna should be made responsible, Videography should be there, Routes should be revised by the organisers in consultation with the police. Petition said that 762 dharnas have taken place in the country and so many people have suffered because of non implementation of judgment.
