ISI rewards 5 lakh to terrorist who mutilated Indian soldier

It's another shocking revelation. According to Indian intelligence, Pakistan's ISI paid 5 lakh rupees to a mercenary to kill and behead Indian jawan, Hemraj, along the LOC earlier this month. Last week, NewsX had also revealed how the ISI has literally made a 'rate card' for terrorism.
