Delhi gangrape: Sonia Gandhi ensures justice

Congress president Sonia Gandhi could be crying hoarse that the death of Delhi gangrape victim 'Damini' will not go in vain.But contrary to assurances, violence and rape against women and girls rages on. Worst is, there seems to be no end to the official apathy and irresponsibility that has been at the root of such violence against women.
