Norway kids row: Mother gets custody; father files case in HC

Norway custody row has got uglier. Burdwan CWC had ruled in favour of mother and granted her the custody of children. Meanwhile Father Anurup Bhattachrya has allege forceful 'abduction' of children using the police. Speaking to NewsX, father said that they have filed a case in HC against the CWC ruling and even as the hearing was supposed to begin. Sagarika's family forcefully took the kids' away using police. He says, the child was with their paternal grandparents.Both of whom are old and uncle Arunabash is in Kolkata, away from Kulti.
