Delhi gangrape: Fast track court operational from today

The Fast Track Court inaugurated by Chief Justice of India Altamas Kabir on Wednesday will begin functioning today. The Fast Track Court will try the accused in the case of gang-rape-cum-murder of a Delhi girl and similar cases soon after. The Fast Track Court is located in the Saket court complex in South Delhi. The CJI has already cautioned against lynch-mob mentality and promised swift justice in cases of sexual offences against women.But on the same day, Women protesters are all set to observe January 3 as Kaala Diwas or Black Day.
