Narendra Modi pays tribute to Mishra at Patna - NewsX

After BJP veteran Kailashpati Mishra passed out, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi visited Patna to pay his tribute. Modi's arrival coincided with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's much touted 'Adhikar rally', where he slammed the Centre for not according special status to Bihar.
